Connect. Share. Keep the tradition alive. The new BagpipeNetwork Facebook group brings our worldwide piping community together in one place.
Whether you play Highland pipes or uilleann pipes, drum with a band, teach, make instruments or simply love the music, you’re invited to join the conversation.
Join the BagpipeNetwork Facebook group.
A place for the piping community
Introduce yourself, tell us where you play and share what’s happening in your part of the world. The group is a place to exchange music, practical tips and news, discover concerts and workshops, and connect with people who share your interest in piping and drumming.
- Players and learners: ask questions, share your progress and find inspiration.
- Bands and organisers: introduce your band and share upcoming performances, gatherings and competitions.
- Instructors and schools: help learners discover lessons, workshops and opportunities to develop their playing.
- Makers and music fans: share your knowledge, celebrate the craft and discover the people keeping these traditions alive.
Stay connected across the network
The group brings a social meeting place to the directories and resources across the Bagpipe Network. Explore Bagpiper.com for solo pipers, PipeBand.com for bands, BagpipeInstructors.com for teachers, and BagpipeEvents.com for events.
You can also discover makers and shops at Bagpipes & Kilts, follow Bagpipe News, and explore the network at BagpipeNetwork.com.
Come and say hello
Join the group and introduce yourself: where are you based, what do you play, and what would you like to share or learn? Invite a piping or drumming friend to come along too.
