BORN TO BAGPIPE
Born in Dundee Scotland and emigrated to Canada as a child, I was taught the bagpipes by Hugh MacWhinnie, Greg Murdoch, John Wilson, Ron Rollo and other notable pipers of the time in Toronto.
I was a member of the 400 Swuadron Pipe Band, Toronto and DIstrict Pipe Band, Clan MacFarlane Pipe Band, Niagara and District Pipe Band, Niagaa Regional Polce Pipe Band, Windsor Police Pipe Band and most recently Toronto Police Pipe Band.
Now residing in the Grand Rapids, MI area, I was the Pipe Major of the Grade Three Glendaloch Pipe Band while continuing to maintain ties with the Canadian Pipe Band scene.
I continue to play throughout the state of Michigan for special events..
