Open to all pipe bands in any part of the Republic of South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Swaziland and Botswana

The Pipe Bands’ Association of Southern Africa is a volunteer organisation committed to the fostering and growth of pipe bands in Southern Africa. Through the promotion of all aspects of pipe bands, liaison with both local and international organisations engaged in the promotion of pipe bands, piping and drumming; maintenance and creation of bonds of fellowship with pipe band personnel throughout the world standardisation of contest rules and organisation of contests, training of adjudicators and exam-based qualifications and the training of pipers, drummers and drum majors a healthy and competitive pipe band environment exists in Southern Africa.
