Drum and bagpipe music group “Auļi” was founded in 2003 with the aim of actively nurturing and developing bagpipe and drum music in Latvia. 6 pipers, a double bass player and 3 drummers create a strong and positive charge of energy on stage, which captivates every listener, involving and inviting them along in the galloping rhythms.

“Auļi” is widely known abroad as well, but at the core of its creative activity it does not lose its connection with Latvian folk music.
