The members of the core group with Peter Gies, Marco Kochwasser and Enrico Wolff are, in association with other like-minded pipers and drummers in high-quality pipe band contingents, for example participants in the internationally known world-class events such as the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo ( 2010 video ) , the Basel Tattoo , or the German Military Tattoo Fulda (photo). This regularly involves members of the Gordon Highlanders Regimental Association Drums and Pipes Aberdeen.
The Gordon Highlanders ’ motto " Bydand " still stands today for true steadfastness. The 200-year tradition 1794 - 1994 can be found everywhere and is still present today " Once a Gordon, Aye a Gordon".
