The PBAS is an organisation for everybody with an interest in piping and drumming in Scandinavia. Most of the know-how about piping and drumming is to be found within the bands. The aim of the PBAS is to promote co-operation between Scandinavian pipe bands, to co-ordinate mutual activities and otherwise to solve issues in common.
