The Broome County Celtic Pipes and Drums is a musical and cultural group dedicated to the preservation, practice and presentation of the art of the Great Highland Bagpipes and Scottish snare drum in a marching band context.

Our band is named in honor of Edward Patrick Maloney, a founder and charter member of the New York City Police Department Emerald Society Pipe and Drum band, considered in pipe circles to be the Notre Dame of bagpipe bands.
