The Panama City Beach Scottish Festival returns to Frank Brown Park on March 5–6, 2027. Presented by the Celtic Heritage Alliance, the two-day festival features Highland games, piping, live entertainment, artisan vendors, children’s activities, and food.
The organizer’s current heading and 2027 artwork identify this as the 33rd annual festival. The event began more than 30 years ago on the grounds of Grace Presbyterian Church and has grown into a celebration of Scottish heritage on Florida’s Panhandle.
