Dublin, Ireland
TradFest returns to Dublin from Wednesday, January 20 to Sunday, January 24, 2027, bringing traditional, folk and contemporary music to venues throughout the city and county.
Founded in 2006, the festival welcomes established artists and emerging talent from Ireland and abroad. Its programme brings together audiences who love traditional music and visitors discovering it for the first time.
Festival venues
Temple Bar is part of the festival’s story, but performances extend across Dublin City, South Dublin, Fingal and Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown. Castles, cathedrals, churches and community centres give each performance its own setting. Check the venue listed for each individual event before booking.
2027 programme and tickets
The official programme includes the TradFest Gala with Solas, Dervish and CLADA, Andy Irvine, Hothouse Flowers and Allison Russell, Kate Rusby, and Féile Kíla’s 40th-anniversary celebration.
Find the full lineup, individual performance dates, venues, ticket prices and availability on the official TradFest website. Festival dates cover the overall programme; individual concerts have their own schedules and admission arrangements.
