The Eastern Long Island Police Pipes & Drums ELIPPD have been in existence since 1990.

We currently have a membership of approximately 50 people spanning an area from the Bronx to East Hampton.
Any Law Enforcement Officer, active or retired, can become a member of the ELIPPD.
Civilians are also welcome, provided that the current civilian membership does not exceed 50%. I
