Established as a non-profit corporation in 1985, the Scottish Society of Windsor Pipe band is a community band. We can be heard playing through out Southwestern Ontario and Michigan, at community and service club functions and festivals.
The band practices every Thursday evening @ 7:00 pm in the Scottish Club, 1340 Tecumseh Rd. E. Windsor, Ontario.
We offer free lessons for pipers and drummers on Thursday evenings starting at 6:00 pm. You don’t have to be a Scot to play, in fact many of our members are not of Scottish ancestry.
If you’re interested in checking us out, leaving us a message, or just pop by, come on – what’s stopping you?!
