Richmond, pictured at left, is a EUSPBA competition piper and piping teacher in the Schawangunk Mountains of New York State, available to play for weddings, funerals, anniversaries, and all occasions in and about the Mid-Hudson Valley, NY. Richmond is also an Administrator of the Balmoral Piping and Drumming Schools.
