Vic Frank, Silver Spring Pipes

I've been playing pipes for nearly forty years, competing on the professional level in the U.S., Canada, and Scotland. I played with the world champion City of Washington Pipe Band from 1991 to 2006. And I'm also a certified piping judge.

I've played at countless weddings, funerals, memorials, retirements, Burns Night dinners, St. Patrick's day, Christmas and New Year parties in Washington, Maryland, and Virginia.

I've also played on the concert scene, touring with champion fiddler Bonnie Rideout and other top Celtic folk artists, such as Maggie Sansone, Al Petteway, and Paddy League.
