The House of Scotland Pipe Band is the official band of the House of Pacific Relations in Balboa Park, San Diego, California.  The HoSPB is a non-profit organization affiliated with the House of Scotland in Balboa Park's International Village.

The band performs throughout San Diego and is featured at Balboa Park's annual Christmas on the Prado.
