The Piedmont Highlanders Drums & Pipes is an
 award winning traditional Scottish bagpipe band
 situated in beautiful Piedmont, California near
 Oakland and Berkeley in the San Francisco
 Bay Area of Northern California.  This East Bay 
 pipe band has advanced drummers and pipers
 as well as beginners and always welcomes new
 members.  Free lessons and instruction in both
 bagpipes and drums are available to members. 
 The pipe band performs many times a year
 throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and
 Northern California and is available for hire.
