The Pipes and Drums of the Police Emerald Society of Westchester Band was founded in May 1973 under the direction of Lt. Martin J. Harding of the Yonkers Police Department. Our membership is comprised of Officers from many of the 39 Police Departments within the County of Westchester, New York.
