Clann na h'Eireann was founded in 2000 and became incorporated in 2001. This band is a registered member of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association (EUSPBA) and competes in EUSPBA sanctioned events for Grade IV & Grade V. We have recently changed our name to the Loch Raven Pipes & Drums. This band has been engaged to perform in many parades, festivals, and other events in the Mid-Atlantic region. In the fall of 2003 a Juvenile Pipe Band was started by Pipe Major Charles Henry and currently has 10 pipers and 2 drummers ranging in ages from 12 to 16 years old. They will start competing in the 2005 season.
