The City of Oaks Pipe Band (Formerly the MacLeod Pipes and Drums) is a drum and bagpipe band based in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. We draw our members from across the Triangle area of North Carolina, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Cary. We welcome experienced pipers and drummers as well as offering classes for beginners interested in learning to play the bagpipes or drums.
