Over the last twenty years the band has played for many high profile events, including the Archbishop of Canterbury's visit to Iowa, the Inaugural Ball for the Governor of Iowa, the World Scottish Festival in Montreal and the Victorian Society national convention. The band has opened for several concerts sponsored by the Celtic Music Association of Des Moines, and also opened for the Scottish National Orchestra at the Des Moines Civic Center. In recent years, the band has increased competitive efforts.
