The Nashville Pipes and Drums formed in 1984 as Nashville, Tennessee's premier Scottish Bagpipe Band.

Our band is dedicated to furthering the great tradition of Scottish music and culture through education and demonstration. The band routinely performs for civic, private, and commercial functions. The Nashville Pipes and Drums is led on the field by Pipe Major Jay Dawson. We compete in grade IV of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association (EUSPBA).
