All reeds for these sets are plastic and are made by Kilberry for their own smallpipes. A small synthetic bag comes as standard with these pipes with a choice of plain velvet covers. There are no cords required with a set of smallpipes. Smallpipes are traditionally made from African blackwood. However, we now also manufacture a set made from polypenco plastic.
