Ted Plambeck is a Retired Military Musician of 22 years. Ted has been playing the Bagpipes since 1996. Ted also taught Piping and Drumming at Bel Air High School in El Paso, TX from 2000 - 2003. Ted is available for all types of functions in the Phoenix Metro and surrounding areas.
