Portland Metro Pipe Band

The Portland Metro Pipe Band was formed in 2006, with an influx of players and friends from many high level pipe bands, including the Maple Ridge Pipe Band, the LA Scots, Prince Charles Pipe Band and the Abbotsford Police Pipe Band.

In 2008, the band placed second in grade three overall for the grand aggregate (BCPA), and now, with the ranks bolstered, are looking to take the next step in their progression into grade 2.  The fairy tale continues....
