Michael lancaster is a very versitile and highly sought after musician. michael has been a professional musician and instructor since 1992. he has been playing guitar for 27 years and the bagpipes since 1987. he has a b.s. in music from the university of colorado at denver where he is currently an instructor of music. michael plays and teaches most all styles of guitar and also sings a variety of songs. michael has been the representative bagpiper for john dewar’s scotch whisky, johnny walker, murphy’s, newcastle, as well as numerous “single malt” labels. michael currently performs at 250+ functions a year and has the experience to custom tailor any performance to suit any type of function. michael teaches private guitar and pipe lessons to 40+ students a week and also runs his own recording studio where he composes and records music for film, video and commercials.
