Pipe band in Belgium We are a group of friends going back a long way and sharing a common passion for Celtic culture, i.e. music, art and understanding of things. Music is certainly the most tangible and visual (er... resounding!) expression of this civilisation and it would just be impossible to ignore the sound of the pipes! A few years ago, we eventually came together in spite of different origins and backgrounds. However, we met thanks to our common passion as it is often true that birds of a feather flock together! Indeed, we do share this passion but we have managed to preserve our differences as is illustrated by the mere fact that we wear our respective tartans. We wanted to display diversity instead of uniformity!
Our repertoire is essentially Scottish but we plan to enlarge it to Breton music now that we have taken on board a number of Irish tunes. Galician airs will be added at a later stage.
