Gayle has been playing music (bagpipes, tin whistle, accordion) ever since she was a little girl. Her father John, who was born in Canada and played Celtic music with his dad, Jack Newman for many years. Today, John Patrick and his daughter Gayle are carrying out the tradition. They play at all sorts of functions (weddings, cocktail hours, birthdays etc) throughout NH, ME, MA, and VT. Over the years Gayle and John have been featured on several television and radio stations including Fox News, WMUR Channel 9, and NH Crosscroads to name just a few. Recently, John and Gayle, released two albums. The first CD is titled Sounds of the Isles and the second album is titled A Celtic Christmas.
