After an intensive apprenticeship with experts of the British Army of the Rhine , the bagpipe band THE RHINE AREA PIPES & DRUMS DUSSELDORF was founded in 1977 . It has succeeded , the Scottish tradition instrument in Germany to make Professionally going on popular ambitious, the musicians of the band soon developed their own sound . The more penetrating sounds of " Pipes" are supplemented by sophisticated harmonies and distinctive bass lines of modern keyboards to a full sound.
