Can I read my email on any computer ?

Yes, as long as the computer has a compatible web browser (most modern ones work) and an internet connection. Please make sure you log out of your account if you are using a shared computer when you are done.

Can I read my email if I have an Email Alias Account ?

No. An alias account will only forward your email to the email address you selected when setting up the account.

If you can receive email, then your account is working. If you can't send email from your computer then it probably has to do with your ISP (internet service provider). Some ISP's (especially cable companies) restrict outgoing ports on your computer that are used to send emails. To correct this, you will need to contact your ISP and request help. You may also need to consult the help file in your email program.

The usually fixes require you to change your outgoing mail server from mail.bagpiper.com to your ISP mail server. If this does not work, you may have authenticate your email account and use another port number, again consult your ISP for help.
