The Winnipeg Celtic Pipe Band is again hosting MAD PLAID on Saturday, Oct 28th at the Irish Club - 754 Erin St. Doors open at 2:00 p.m. Piping and Drumming solos for both Adults and those under 18 begin at 3:00p.m. Winners decided by a panel of judges and crowd appeal. Lots [...]
