Seeking advice on how to make a bellows

Need a little help on making a bellows for the uilleann bagpipes. Have someone that's going to cut out the cheeks for 5 or 6 bellows from mahogany. Havn't decided on tacking or sewing. Might go with 1/2inch thick with a rabbeted edge for tacking. Anyone got any pointers or a better source than I have, on the how to's?

Thanks for your post Doc. Actually I have been researching on Google, Bing , Cuil, Etc. and I think I have just about all the info I need to get started.
