I hate to do it but I am forced to sell my Robert Reid pipes. They are blackwood with german silver ferrules. The original chanter is included which has a large ivory sole in superb condition, older pitch, and uncut holes. Also included is the original antique hard case, and a new L&M large bag, (currently has L&M in good condition tied on).
I've owned these for 11 years. I had them refurbished by Len at House of Bagpipes in S.F. when I first bought them. The middle bass section has had a repair to the tuning slide (done prior to my purchase). I will also include a Robert Reid practice chanter with catalin sole.
Drones have a magnificent tone, far more consistent judges comments on the tone of my pipes than my playing over the years :-)
$1950 for pipes, case, practice chanter, and old vinyl recording of Reid.
