I'm looking for bagpipes suitable for creating cartoon musical sound effects. Not necessary to be in good condition, just able to make noises no real bagpiper would ever want to make. Anyone have a set that's at the end of its life but still somewhat capable, that will be well loved and sonically tortured for a good, entertaining purpose?
Willing to pay up to a couple hundred bucks.
Location is Vancouver, Canada. Needed somewhat soon, within month of April 2010.
