Regina Pipe Band to perform at the Confluence Center

The city of*Regina Pipe Band*from Saskatchewan, Canada will perform a concert of bagpipe music at the Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center near Williston on Sunday, March 16, beginning at 2 p.m. CST.
