Personally I would like to have a piobroch played at my funeral. My favourite is the 'Lament for Donald Dougal MacKay', or even 'The Big Spree'.

My partner, Greg Cutcliff, and I play the hymn tune Martyrdom also known as "Alas and Did My Savior Bleed?"
It's a slow 3/4 piece very suitable for Christian services.

A few others off the top of my head that we service related bands often play at funeral events these are sort of standards
Balmoral
Will ye nai come back no more
Going home
of course AG because every one wants to hear AG
yet again..
I also play a version of "Suo Gan" the welch lullaby which was performed by the Ambrosian Juinor choir in the movie "Empire of the Sun" which is not only beautiful, but very recognizable and "differant"
