Playable Sinclair fully ivory mounted bagpipes circa 1960 belonged to Wm. Stokoe, former pipe major of Wash DC Scottish pipe band. Chanter mount repaired, should be replaced. numbers etched on chanter and drones as security measure. Bag a bit musty, good wooden case included
