Description: One of 10 vintage Sinclair Chanters picked up by Ron Bowen @ The Worlds. (third from the right in picture). These are prized for their particularly strong hand and great harmonics. Ron Bowen has thinned the bottom hand OD slightly, sized the throats, and tweaked the C and B slightly. They play great at somewhere between 474 and 476 with no problem. A fantastic Band Chanter. Just ask the 78th Frasers, SFU and NRP who get top band performance out of their vintage Sinclair chanters. Cost: $275 US

Synthetic Bagpipe Bag

Description: This synthetic bag was tied into recently purchased new bagpipes (less than 30 days ago.) I inflated it twice (and only twice) and knew immediately that it was too large for me and outside of my oldfashioned comfort zone - hide bags. I sent bag and stocks to TartanTown for professional removal of the synthetic bag and hide bag tie-in. This non-zippered bag was advertised as a Canmore (greenish colored Gortex-type material with rubberized grommets/collars.)
